Outdated law: Utah should adopt to homosexual couples

Utah law banning adoptions by gays and lesbians and unmarried heterosexual couples is a consolidation of the unfortunate bigotry in 2000 when it was approved. That has not changed. But after eight years the law has to be an anachronism, illogical, revised to incorporate the results of new studies and needs.
Increases the number of same-sex couples, the children by one third between 2000 and 2005, and the body of research showing that children raised by homosexual couples no more problems, as houses grew up with a mother and father.
